"Eddie's" in Inverness, a suburb of Birmingham, has authentic Philly Cheesesteaks and Italian hoagies. Eddie (the owner) is from Philly. He has his rolls shipped in from Philly. My husband grew up in Conshohocken, PA and says they are the best he's tasted since he left home.
