WEST OF PHILLY

I'm a displaced Philly boy for going on 11 years now, most of its been here in Boise, Idaho. Just wanted to let you know of one here its called "West of Philly" its pretty much as close your gonna get this side of the mighty mississip' based on my travels, the rolls are obviously not gonna be the same for the reasons you stated about climate we're on the opposite side of the spectrum(not that spectrum) but for me its ok on occasion. Its just weird 5,6 years ago nobody knew what the hell I was talkin about. Besides the roll its pretty close, well lately they've had there B-crew in and they just don’t get the water to grease ratio proper they use no water while grilling which just makes crappy but like I said its about as close as your gonna get. I was in washington state a while ago and noticed a small chain around the spokane area called Bruchi' s they were a little better but really no reference to philly in the whole place and they put mayo on them standard, so I told them off. Anyway heres to hoping we pick up Owens from san fran and vincent and taylor renew. GO EAGLES!!!!
