I was on business in Albuquerque, and an associate, knowing I was from Philly, clued me in to a place called Lagniappe. The owners are from Philly, and I had the best cheesesteak I ever had outside of home. I knew I was in the right place when the guy ahead of me in line ordered an Italian hoagie and the counter guy asked, "Hot or sweet?". I met some transplants from Delaware County while I was there and they told me it was the only place they had ever found in New Mexico that served authentic cheesesteaks, and they had moved there 25 years ago (but were still big Eagles fans)!
