Hello, my name is Shay Brittingham and my father Frank Brittingham whom you might know or not know of, owned several restaurants in the Philadelphia area, including, The Dubliner, The Domino Lounge, Katie O'Shay's, and Brittingham's Irish Pub and Seafood Inn. But now my father has turned south of the mainland to St. Thomas U.S.V.I., and has opened up a new Irish pub called Finn McCool's Steak and Seafood Pub, and has brought the "Philly Cheesesteak" to the United States Virgin Islands. After opening up this establishment on June 1st of 1997, the "Philly Cheesesteak" has been the hottest item on the menu. Now everybody on the island of St. Thomas wants to go to Finn's for a cheesesteak. My father has also brought down the famous variation cheesesteak (as he re-named it), The McNalley, respectively named after the appropriate originater of this great twist to the traditional cheesesteak. Both sandwiches bring wide eyes, and happy stomachs to the "BEST VARIATION & TRADITIONAL PHILLY STEAK IN THE VIRGIN ISLANDS!"

MEGAN'S BAY

St. Thomas, USVI
One of the best cheesesteaks that I ever had, was in a place that you would not expect. The place was at the snack bar at Megan's Bay in St. Thomas USVI. It was a taste that made you feel right at home. If you are ever there, give it a try.
