Try "The PHILLY WAY" in Milwaukee. The owner is a Philly native and had worked at Pat's
back in the late 70's. His cheese steaks are to die for. I grew up in Philly and was
raised on Pat's and Jim's. This guys has them both beat! And they have Tastykakes!!!!

Tried The Philly Way in Milwaukee, Wisconsin based on an article in Philadelphia
Magazine saying they were the best cheese steak outside of Philadelphia. MAN, were
they right! Cheese steak joints in Philly should be glad they're not in the city of
brotherly love. I was born and raised in the Philly area and grew up on cheese steaks
and I know a great one from a bad one and the Philly Way is certainly great! From the
thinly sliced rib-eye to my choice of cheese, PERFECT, PERFECT!!!! This place does
them the Philly Way! Thank you Philly Mag for the tip. By the way, I get to Chicago
often and there's a place there called Philly's Best, no way. It should be called
Philly's Worst!
